I stay in constant communication with each client and their agent! I try to keep the process as simple as possible. My goal is to let my clients know what they need to do in obtaining a new loan for a purchase or refinance. If I cannot help them now, I establish a game plan with each client so they can achieve their goal of becoming a home owner down the road!
We underwrite our files upfront, preventing deals from falling out of escrow, clients finding their dream home and then hoping for an approval from an underwriter. The underwriter is the decision maker on a loan, which is why we do it upfront! We offer a competitive edge. The fact that we underwrite upfront, we can close in a shorter amount of time while giving the sellers the confidence the loan will close. Therefore, clients that work with us, have an edge in the market and get their offer accepted over others. Then get the deal closed as smoothly as possible.
